Love It or Leave It? Refrigerator Web Design

Want to create a website, but not interested in learning HTML or expensing out and having someone build it for you? Well Trendhunter found a site which is entirely written on a fridge and stove. No one belongs here more than you is a website designed by writer Miranda July where she writes her content on the top of her fridge and stove with a dry erase pen, and then takes digital pictures and posts them on the site. Miranda has created this simplistic and endearing site to promote her new book, which is naturally called "No One Belongs Here More Than You." I've included a good portion of the site below but click on the link above and you'll see the rest of her witty images. Once you check it out, let me know all your thoughts below!

You couldn't see it, but I just slammed my head into my desk. I appreciate the originality, but this is just stupid.

I ove it too- I hate making websites and this is one of best low tech solutions I've seen.
I also really like Me and You and Everyone We Know- it's a great movie.

Original for a website, though it's pretty much just advertising for her book. Clever at least. Might be a good indicator of the quality of her writing in the book.

Writing on your fridge with markers is not advised though. It takes forever to get even dry erase marker off! It soaks into the paint.

That I do. Eye-wink My roommate thought it would be clever to put the shopping list directly on the fridge with dry erase markers. Not so clever when I wound up being the one trying to scrub it off.
