It has only been a week since the release of Super Mario Galaxy, and I'm still rehearsing levels in my head. From collecting, launching, and slinging stars to transforming Mario into an adorable flying bee, I'm having way too much fun trying to rescue Princess Peach.

Depending on how far you've made it through the game, you may want to know some good tips and tricks to help you navigate your way through the action-packed 3D galaxies. For instance, did you know you can spin while jumping to help you go higher? This also works really well in speed runs. Check out the video below for more!

Woot woot! I've only had time to play enough to get to the second galaxy with the adorable bee suit.

This game looks really awesome, but the controls are hard. I played a preview at Gamestop and had a hard time maneuvering Mario.

ha! I'm a librarian, and the biggest thing people look for on the public computers is cheat codes for video games.

You can also do a targeted ground-pound after spinning in mid-air.
Just jump above an enemy, spin, and then press Z for the ground pound. If you are relatively close to the enemy, he will be squashed by your plumber's butt.

There is also a more challenging way to play the game if you find ALL of the starts.

Co-op mode is so much easier because the 2nd player can not only catch star bits for you but also freeze certain enemies and objects for you to attack.
