Talk about Sprint and Verizon going head-to-head! According to RIMarkable, a red Sprint BlackBerry Pearl 8130 has been spotted on sale from Amazon. Unlike Sprint, Verizon has decided to go pink with their Pearl. The Boy Genius Report says that this pink model is now being showcased on Verizon's "Next" page and is rumored to become available at the end of this month. Are you digging either one? Robin, I have a Centro and I LOVE it. I like that red Crackberry, but the Centro was only a hundred bucks and I can do anything on it that I could with a Crackberry.

The BlackBerry Pearl--just another overrated phone. All my phone needs to do is make calls and receive calls and I'm happy. I don't need any damned colors. Unless the colors increase the signal in areas with bad signal.

Colorme thanks! I'm so GLAD to hear that. I can upgrade in about 3 weeks or so and I've been eyeing the Centro for a fe months. Boyfriend can upgrade at the same time and he's insisting that he needs a Treo, but for $100 I'm going with the Centro.

i have verizon but I'm just not into the pink craze. I had the pink razr and that was enough. Verizon's pinks are so blah. I really wish they would pick up the white one.
