I work we've established that. Because I live in a state that has seasons, I must dress according to the weather. A drag I know. I'm a summer and spring kind of person. At work they require a somewhat conservative look so here is one option I've created for myself. Rather boring I know but an easy to do look for those in the same position as myself.
