Seriously, what gadget has David Beckham not endorsed? Not that I'm complaining. Do I care that it makes zero sense to take your shirt off for a cell phone ad? No. If it's Becks, frankly, it makes all the sense in the world. Whatever he's selling, I'm buying. California's hands-free wireless telephone law may have taken effect July 1, but celebs like Seal and David Beckham were already ready for the big day since they are both avid bluetooth headset users. Beckham Contributes To Record-Breaking Halo 3 Sales

In its first week of hitting store shelves, Microsoft's Halo 3 has generated global sales of $300 million—breaking sales records for video games in its first week. Already 2.7 million gamers have played Halo 3 over Xbox live, surviving missions while passing through futuristic landscapes.

According to Kickette, David Beckham was out in full force when Halo 3 was released last week. He not only purchased a copy for himself and his little Becks, but for the twenty geeky gamers waiting in line with him—aaahhhh! Now if only we could see him in gaming-action like Zac Efron, that would be totally geekalicious!

David Beckham and Fergie's MOTOROKR S9 Headset

On top of David Beckham taking his shirt off for the newly released Motorola RAZR2, our favorite footballer has also appeared in ads for the MOTOROKR S9, a slim Bluetooth headset that integrates wireless mobile music and calls. If you're like me and tend to pay more attention to the gadgets and gizmos on TV than the actual content, you've probably already seen the headset — along with about 50 other trendy gadgets — in Fergie's most recent video, Big Girls Don't Cry. I haven't seen the device in person, but I like the fact that it fits around the back of your head, which is always great for working out and doesn't mess up your hair.

The headset is being marketed as "perfect for fitness enthusiasts who are trying to stay wrapped up in their workout and not their headphone wires." It got my attention when I read it weighs in at just barely an ounce and it is water and sweat resistant. It is controlled by integrated touch sensitive controls that enable you to manage your music and calls with ease.

We've all seen David Beckham's new sharp Motorola RAZR2 ads, which feature Becks showing off his RAZR2 in a chic suit, but who really wants Becks or his phone when his shirt is on? Motorola's Korean site has released some saucy pics of our favorite celebrity gadget endorser showing off his new phone in all his shirtless, tattooed glory. They've also created a fun "Becoming Becks" flash feature that I can't understand, but I can totally appreciate. Did I mention the RAZR2 is now available in the US? I may have been overwhelmed by his beauty.

Beckham's Motorola RAZR2 Available In US

You may not be able to get your hands on Becks, but you can get your hands on the Becks-repped MOTORAZR2.

Motorola is calling this version "sleeker outside and more powerful inside." It comes in dark pearl grey, espresso and mahogany and features 512MB of memory, Bluetooth, a 2.2-inch display, video streaming, Blogging2, music player (it can hold about 250 songs with the 512 MB of memory) and a web browser.

They managed to shave off two millimeters from its predecessor and have apparently added a more intelligent interface. The phone is now available at several national U.S. wireless carriers and through Motorola's online store.

Celebrity Gadget Endorsements: Top 10

Despite studies that say consumers aren't swayed by celebrity endorsements, celebrity-driven gadget ad campaigns are at an all time high.

Whether celebrity gadget sightings are unintentional (take for instance Alicia Keys playing with her Samsung Camcorder at a Knicks game, or Lauren Conrad taking her BlackBerry with her everywhere), others are very intentional and well paid for. The reemergence of HP's The Computer is Personal Again staring Serena Williams got me thinking about the top celebrity gadget endorsements of the last couple of years and why companies continue to use famous names and faces to rep their products.

I've picked a selection of 10 campaigns that made me stop, rewind and pay attention, even if I didn't end up buying any of the items. (How cute was Little Miss Sunshine star Abigail Breslin — seen at right — in her HP printer commercial where she talks about moments in her life captured with pictures?!) Welcome to America Mr. David Beckham! Sure, we got a little snotty when you first came to town and we saw you carrying your BlackBerry in a dorky belt clip, but you have officially redeemed yourself. Motorola is in the middle of a publicity blitz for the RAZR2, which is set to follow in the ever popular footsteps of the RAZR, and Becks has resumed his role as the celebrity spokesperson. Not only does he look like a dignified movie star in the ads showing off the new phone, but his billboards have been put up in Hollywood above his new stomping ground, Galaxy Field. Be still, my heart.

It was almost excusable when we caught Courteney Cox and Joel Madden rocking chunky cell phone holders, but when Molly caught the always fashionable David Beckham hanging with his boys and wearing his BlackBerry on his belt it was just, well, heinous. I understand he probably doesn't want to cover up the beautiful assets he recently displayed in W Magazine, but even a man purse would look better than this belt clip. Becks baby, you can't rock Victoria's shiny new Bentley and a $9 cell phone holder at the same time. I may not be as chic as FabSugar, but this much I know. What do you think?
