Google Task Lists Can Now Be Shared

I think similar to my email, my Gmail tasks list needs to be gone through so I can delete some of my old to-dos! Everything from travel memos, to daily lists and reminders, my tasks certainly help to keep me organized!

Being able to move items to different lists is a great help, but now I can email a list to friends with Google's new email task list option in the Actions menu.

So now if you're planning a party and your friends want to help with all of the preparations, you can easily send them the party planning list!

This option is not on my e-mail anymore, I guess that it was removed!

I agree with Jacopo. This is not sharing a task list at all. Google needs to enable tasks to be shared exactly the same way you would share a calendar with another Google user. Giving you the option to let them add/edit tasks or just view them. I'm a graphic artist and I use Tasks at work to keep track of projects and their due dates as I get emails with orders. I would like to be able to share a read-only version of these tasks so the sales team can see what has been completed and what is still pending. Even more awesome would be if we could indicate the status of tasks with custom labels. For example, I could indicate if the project is still inactive, in process, pending customer approval, or completed. So when the sales people check on their order on my task list they can see how far along it is.

sorry but this really is not SHARING tasks, your title is quite misleading. Task sharing is what happens on Outlook, or RTM, toodledo, where you can assign a task to one of your contact and you can work on the same task together. sending the list of task title via mail is really a different thing...
